Our research group on School Socialization Research actively participated in the 20th Annual Meeting of the Pedagogical Psychology (PAEPS 2025), held from September 29 to October 1 in Jena.

The conference offered an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues in educational psychology and to present recent research findings.
Jun.-Prof. Dr. Miriam Schwarzenthal presented the study "Exploring Critical Reflection of Social Inequities in Adolescents: The Role of Classroom Climate and School Engagement" as part of a symposium, sparking engaging discussions. Doctoral researcher Yağmur Güleç presented the study "Priming Preservice Teachers' Meritocratic Beliefs vs. Critical Reflection Toward Educational Inequalities”.
We look forward to building on the insights gained at the conference and continuing the discussions on educational practice.
